First Report from Torino Italia

We're delirious. Been awake for 30+ hours now, Philly to Frankfurt then to Torino, quick scramble to fit my oars in the taxi, hotel, lunch (oh sweet sweet love of mine Italian margherita pizza where the cheese and red sauce are watery warm and basil-tinted) and then to the Silverskiff course. The Malvern kids rigged and rowed, we assisted, our boats arrive tomorrow from Filippi. Gorgeous, the River Po, as seen from the decks and docks of our host club Cerea. There's a signed certificate inside with Vittorio Emmanuele's signature and commemoration of Club Cerea on it... Why doesn't Malta have an endorsement letter by Abe Lincoln? Chances are we do.
