It's a rare moment that I post... real training video... but here goes!  Am I feeling too uncreative to actually write something this evening?  No!

Andrew "TheSeatPad" Neils' blog post was so, SO awesome, just had to holler back.  Congrats to him, all the RBC and Malta racers at NSR Uno, and Alex Twist!  Nice.

Here it is, credit for the soundtrack/editing to Sam Cunningham (big strong guy in bow of the boat).  Also credit to Sam for hauling me around like a puppy in a bike basket.
