Win at Independence Day Regatta

Quick update- after a chill row yesterday we raced again this afternoon, winning the Lightweight Men's Quad Sculls. No rest for the weary, as this afternoon we just finished lifting on the TR machine, a weight machine that simulates the rowing stroke. There are more than a few friends in town- I look forward to seeing them for dinner and afterwards. Congratulations to the Riverside Boat Club men's and women's eights both finishing second, the men by only .06 to Vesper. Well raced, all crews, and in this heat woof! Thanks to Sam Shane and Bob for racing hard, and to Malta Boat Club, our Coach Craig, and the competing crews for their efforts.
