Mid-ride post

The river is unrowable today, so Colin E and I went for a run this am. It's fun to mix it up and flex a bit in other aerobic activities, so following the run and breakfast w Lambert I hit the road on my red Lemond. Thanks to Joe and Ken at Outbound Station in Conshohocken for some much needed snacks on my way to the top of the trail in Phoenixville. About to head back- more soon including recap of the art show generously hosted by JL Racing Philadelphia! Happy riding
