Moving forward from NSR II has been a dynamic and interesting process.  We did not achieve our goal of winning the race.

Coming away from a loss is painful, and in the past as in the present it's a time I've usually used to re-focus on the single.  I'll write more soon, as the single has been going well, and I'm now back in Philly training with Malta Boat Club.  Here's some video from our row in a 4x this past weekend.  We agreed - it was so fun to just get out there and rip on it!
